Budget Transparency in Dacula
Someone recently mentioned a need for budget transparency in Dacula. So, I thought it would be worthwhile to lay out the FACTS regarding the budget process and transparency.
We ALREADY HAVE budget transparency in Dacula!
The City's Budget meetings are ALWAYS OPEN to the PUBLIC!
If you would like to attend, the next budget meeting is Thursday November 2 at 6:30pm.

Georgia law requires that municipalities must have an open budget meeting process.
If for any reason, you are not able to access any of the budget documents online, you can also go to City Hall and City staff will provide the documents for you.
I don't know how you can get more transparent than that.
